How to get better at WoW
If you’re like many other gamers out there, you’ve probably become addicted to World of Warcraft. The game is incredibly immersive and can be a lot of fun. However, if you’re looking to get better at the game, there are a few things you can do. You can take wow boost service without spending endless hours grinding and improve your skills. In this post, we’ll share some tips on how to improve your skills and beat your opponents. Stay tuned!
1. Focus on one class
Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a total newbie, there’s always room for improvement in World of Warcraft. If you’re looking to up your game, the best way to do it is to focus on one class at a time. By doing this, you’ll be able to learn all the ins and outs of that class, and you’ll be better equipped to take on the rest of the game. The brain can’t handle numerous keybinds in split-second, high-pressure scenarios. More than 2 classes per expansion is too many.
Of course, it’s not easy to just choose one class and stick with it. With so many different classes to choose from, it can be tough to decide which one is right for you. But once you’ve made your decision, commit to it and see it through. The rewards will be worth it!
2. Work on your movement
When it comes to World of Warcraft, practice makes perfect. The more you play, the better you’ll get at the game. But there’s more to becoming a top-notch player than just putting in the hours. It’s also important to practice your movements and learn the mechanics of the game. By doing so, you’ll be able to react quickly and effectively in battle, and come out on top more often than not.
So how can you go about practicing your movement in World of Warcraft? One way is to use a program like “Hovercraft.” This program allows you to set up hotkeys for your spells and abilities, and then practice using them in game without having to worry about actually dying.
Another method is to simply find an empty space in the world and run around or jump up and down. This might not seem like much, but it can really help you learn how to control your character’s movement. With a little bit of practice, you’ll be moving like a pro in no time.
Some of you backpaddle in the arena or PVE (pressing S), however using Q and E along with a mouse and strafe is faster. Initially, rebind S. In Ogrimmar, begin each new game session with a swiftness potion. Spend ten minutes circling while avoiding everyone you see. Your movements and reactions will speed up as a result.
3. Do the math yourself
In World of Warcraft, your success is largely determined by your understanding of statistics and probability. If you want to be the best player you can be, it’s essential that you take the time to learn about statistical prio and how to do the math yourself. By doing so, you’ll be able to more accurately predict the outcomes of your actions and make better decisions in-game. As a result, you’ll see a significant improvement in your performance.
While it takes some effort to get to grips with statistical prio, it’s well worth the investment if you want to be the best player you can be. So, if you’re serious about becoming better at WoW, make sure you learn all about stat prio and how to do the math yourself. It’ll pay off in the long run.
4. PvPers should learn all classes. I create 110-level test characters with unknown classes. Write down 2 major dmg CDs and 2 main defensive CDs for each spec. Use an addon to track when they’re used in arena, then learn how to react.
5. Have a UI for spell cds. You need an addon that shows cooldowns below your character so you can activate skills immediately. If you’re checking the action bar to see when a spell is ready, you’re losing dps.
6. Arena is macro-heavy. Interrupt focus, arena 1, arena 2, and arena 3 need macros. If you have cc, you need poly focs, arenas 1, 2, and 3. You’ll have several keybinds for arena, and it will seem strange at first, but if you don’t multiclass and focus on one character, it will become normal.
7. When joining a raid, check if someone has the equipment you require. Leave the raid if you can’t find this person. You can only do the raid once a week and require a trader to double your chances.
8. Wow is grindy, so use shortcuts. Only do AP-granting emessaries and WQs to fight 1 boss.
- Create a group and explore 3 mythical islands. On the third island, you afk after the start because the other 2 are close to cap and they can’t kick you. Clean and rest.
- While doing WQ, queue for arena skirmish+random bg. First WQ win of the day gives nice xp.
- Make your own HC warfront group and afk in mines after the start, then return back every 5 minutes to gather loot.
- When raiders ask if they can have an item you don’t need, keep it and offer to exchange if they get something you need. Never trade beforehand.
8. Keep a friendly attitude and give back when you succeed.
