The New York Yankees have been having troubles of late, and manager Aaron Boone has expressed frustration over the matter.
That New York Yankees sitting comfortably at the top of the AL East rankings, but their performance has certainly been lacking of late. Yankees manager Aaron Boone publicly expressed his frustration with the matter during a news conference.
Boone was shown slamming his hand on the table and said, “The good thing is that it’s right in front of us. It’s right here and we can fix it.”
The Yankees are yet to win a series this month.

Boone still believes in New York and its ability to win. They’ve had some difficult squad changes with two key players, Giancarlo Stanton and DJ LeMahieu, on the injury list. LeMahieu has since been released from the injured list and thankfully was there briefly.
However, every absence is a roadblock that has been difficult for the Yankees to overcome. Boone hopes the team will come out on top.
said Boone ESPN’s Marly Rivera, “We can sit here and I can keep answering questions and talking about it… but we have to do it. And the good news is that we have all the parts in this room to do that. I know this is coming. I know it’s going to happen, but going through this really sucks.”
According to FanGraphsNew York has a 99.9 percent chance of making the playoffs, so luckily their chances of post-season success haven’t diminished.
