The crème de la crème of this month’s Game Pass game selection isn’t the concoction of the dune Real-time strategy game, but rather a little-known text-based point-and-click adventure game Norco. You play as Kay, a 20-year-old woman who returns to her childhood home after her mother died of cancer. When you’re not completing your mother’s half-finished chores with the help of a confident robot named Million, search the industrial underbelly of New Orleans for your brother Blake, who disappeared shortly after their mother’s death. In our review of Norco, kotaku said the game is “a stunning piece of magical realism” with exceptional dialogue that “plays its cards with tremendous subtlety.”
If you missed playing this gem when it was a Game Pass PC offer back in March, now is your chance to do so Disco Elysiumtry a similar game. fair warning, Norco includes cases of violence, suicide, drug use, and adult language.
