The salads were sold in Woolworths and Woolworths Metro stores in NSW, ACT, Queensland and Victoria.
A recall notice published on the Food Standards Australia and New Zealand website said the recall was “due to possible contamination with unsafe plant material”.
“Food containing unsafe plant material may cause disease if eaten,” the regulator said in a statement.
It said the product should not be eaten and instead returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Anyone concerned about their health should seek medical advice, it said.
