Woman tries to arson, invade Brooklyn home after juvenile dispute, police say – CBS Baltimore

BROOKLYN, Md. (WJZ) – A 30-year-old woman was arrested after attempting to set a house on fire in Brooklyn before attempting to enter the home, Anne Arundel County Sheriff said.
Officers responded at 7:30 p.m. at a home over 200 blocks of Rupert Circle. Police said it was the home of a minor who was involved in an assault with other minors.
The suspect, identified as Diana Bruce of Brooklyn, is said to have poured engine oil on the front step of the house and tried to put out the fire, then tried to enter the home. Residents of the home used pepper spray on Bruce and she left the scene, police said.
The officers locate and arrest Bruce. She was charged with first-degree malicious arson, first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and related charges.
