The newest “Mrs. Earth 2023′ Debanjali Kamstra is making a big name for herself in the entertainment industry while expanding her interior design business worldwide.
In most cases, smoking hot models seek out Hollywood producers to become A-list actresses. But in this case, Debanjali is using her skyrocketing fame to build a business empire. Veloche, Kamstra’s Dubai-based design company, specializes in interior design, exhibitions and design consultancy.
Recently, Debanjali became the first ever candidate to represent the UAE in the election campaign ‘Woman. Pageant of the Earth. After the massive win, the stunning beauty queen opened up about what it was like to fulfill a lifelong dream.
“Can you believe that even a dream comes true? I can’t believe I would bring the crown to the Emirates. It is the year of sustainable development in our country and Mrs. Earth wants to promote sustainability in our lives, fashion and other areas of life. I want to be a source of inspiration for other girls who want to represent their country,” she said.
Hollywood’s winning combination of beauty and brains!
As you can imagine, winning the “Mrs. “The Earth” catapulted the star to the highest heights of fame, and apparently it’s in her blood.
“I come from a very artistic family, my father and brother are excellent painters and my husband is a great singer. I didn’t know when this passion turned into a business as my personality helped gain the trust of my clients and converted my passion into income generation and became my forever career,” she emphasized.
As we have reported, Hollywood’s elite have shown great interest in Dubai, from the real estate market to television and the film industry. Debanjali feels the same way about the region and says: “We entered the Dubai market a decade ago and this city has given me the confidence and countless opportunities to explore my skills and potential in the field of interior design and fashion.” Dubai is one one of the fastest growing cities in the world, has world-class infrastructure, booming tourism, strict and transparent regulations and no other city in the world offers as much diversity in technology as this city. I have set up my international office in the UK as we plan to expand into Saudi Arabia and we plan to gradually expand into other key international locations.”
