Woman dead, child among injured in Phillip Island three-car crash

A woman has died and a nine-year-old boy was flown to hospital after a three-car collision on Phillip Island in Victoria.

Bass Coast Highway Patrol officials believe a white Nissan Pulsar was traveling down Phillip Island Road towards Cowes when the driver lost control around 11.30am on Sunday.

“The Nissan cut off a car that was towing a trailer and then collided head-on with a jeep,” Victoria Police said.
