Overnight, those temperatures will drop to their lowest point in the 20s.
With the breeze going like that, those temperatures will feel like they’re mid-teens and up.
The local rushes are a reminder that winter weather has been known in March for years.
Back on March 29, 1942, a massive blizzard covered the area with nearly two meters of snow.

Cold temperatures will begin to drop Tuesday and Maryland will be close to returning to normal by Wednesday afternoon.
Then that temperature will be higher than usual on Thursday.
Warmer air on Thursday will bring the possibility of showers and strong thunderstorms, but these should clear up by evening.
Cooler, pleasant but near-normal conditions will return on Friday and over the weekend.
