Will the Buccaneers still consider releasing Antonio Brown after the COVID stunt?

With news of Antonio Brown being suspended for his fake COVID card, his future with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is really up.
Antonio Brown is back in the headlines this week, but for a disappointing reason. Widespread is one of a group of Bucs players who have been suspended by the NFL for lying about their vaccination status.
As it turns out, Brown actually presented a fake vaccination card to Tampa Bay before the season even started. Just when you thought Brown couldn’t do any more ridiculous stunts, he went ahead and performed this one. Now, It’s unclear if he’ll play against the reigning Super Bowl champions again.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers Can Cut Antonio Brown For Lying About His COVID Vaccination Status
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, his sources are telling him Tampa Bay has yet to make a decision on whether Brown will return to the field for them. Bruce Arians stepped out and said that the Bucs would deal with Brown’s condition along the way, presumably after the end of his suspension.
Brown has missed several games this year due to injury, but when healthy, he is no doubt a key part of the offense for the Bucs. He and Tom Brady have developed strong chemistry since Brown joined the team.
However, Arians is clearly unhappy about Brown’s suspension and his lying to people by presenting fake COVID vaccine cards. If the Arians welcome Brown back, he will of course owe him and his Tampa Bay teammates an apology. For now, we’ll have to wait and see what happens to Brown, but it wouldn’t be surprising if he’s released.
