In a video clip from the podcast posted to Instagram, Chezzi described her own experience of feeling like she had lived a past life.
“We didn’t really know much about past lives until Sunday, when I tried to conceive our third child,” she began.
“I went to a holistic healer that we have known for a long time.
“He’s also a kinesiologist.
“And so he tried to figure out what was going on.
“I don’t think I told him I had just had my third miscarriage and he asked me what my ‘problem’ with being a mother was.
“He kept saying to me, ‘Go with it, go with it, just say the first thing that comes to mind.'”
Chezzi recalled telling the healer he thought she was “crazy”.
“I closed my eyes and it was like watching a movie right away,” she continued.
“I was, but I wasn’t, and I think I was in China.
“I said, ‘I don’t know what’s happening… I think I was Chinese in a past life or something.’
“And I had three little girls and we were attacked and my youngest was kidnapped and killed in front of me.
“And I cried and cried and cried, and it was this huge, profound thing that kind of triggered the really big journey.
“I remember thinking that day, ‘You can’t make that up — it was so vivid.'”
A few days later, Chezzi said, “other little things” came to her mind about a possible past life.
“But I kept doubting myself and I kept thinking, ‘Is this just my imagination or is this a real past life?'”
On Instagram, she urged her followers to share their own past life experiences or past life regression therapies.
“Wow. Just wow. Past lives. Reincarnation. Where we came from. Where we go when we die,” her post began.
“Toni Reilly, Australia’s leading international specialist on past lives and reincarnation, AND the bestselling author of AWAKE The Purpose Of Life And Why You Are Here.
“And does she know…”
“I did a past life regression and in the three lives I’ve lived before I’ve always had a child lost one way or another,” wrote one follower.
“The first was a girl whose dress caught fire (fireplace) in the 19th century.
“In this life I also lost a child. I’ve been told I haven’t figured out why that is.”
Others said the past-life topic was “intriguing” and now, after listening to the podcast, wanted to delve further into the idea.
“This is so interesting I would love to find out,” wrote one follower.
“I remember (“Singer) David Campbell once spoke about one of his children having a past life… it’s so interesting and very confronting at times,” wrote another.
In the podcast, Dr. Reilly that understanding past lives could help people cope with current problems.
“Whether you have this experience (from a past life) spontaneously or made it possible (for you), no amount of science or logic can negate it because knowledge prevails,” she said.
“Understanding past lives brings with it the most incredible confidence.
“Some people say, ‘Oh, it’s about dwelling on the past,’ but it’s not about that at all.
“It’s meant to help you understand something that’s going on in your life right now.
“That’s what it does — it eliminates all sorts of fears and phobias … it helps people understand trauma they’re experiencing in their lives, be it big or small.”
