Why Jamie Dornan has no regrets about Fifty Shades of Gray

“Look, put it this way, being part of a movie franchise that’s grossed over a billion dollars hasn’t hurt my career. Any working actor would say the same thing. There’s a lot going on,” Jamie later said, adding, “But I have a problem with the fact that it’s all just a little joke. Everyone involved worked as hard as they could on these films, including me.”
Since playing the mysterious Mr. Grey, Jamie has found himself in other successful projects such as: B. the recent nominee for best picture Belfast. The actor noted that while he’s made strides in his career, there’s an enduring connection he’s connected to fifty shades of gray.
“If A private war, anthropoid or Belfastor whatever comes next, the line in the press is always, ‘It’s the best thing he’s done since Fifty Shades,'” Jamie said. “As if I still have to prove myself.”
