President Biden confused viewers during a press conference at an emergency NATO meeting in Brussels, Belgium on Thursday. Watch:

“Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,” Biden said at his press event. “Is not. Yes. One last question. It’s correct.”

“Hey, wait a minute, please,” he continued. “I was there an hour ago at the European Union meeting and now to speak and I thank you. So since I’m gone, haven’t called before you… Who are you? ”

Biden will answer questions and then continue with his meeting, to which he confessed he was an hour late to attend.

President Biden made it clear once again that he was not the one to call shots during his administration after pulling out a note and declaring that he would call pre-determined reporters.

“Because there are so many people out there and I was given a list,” he said. “Now, what about Chris of the Associated Press?”

Before that, he also seemed to be late with the picture of the NATO group, leaving viewers wondering where he was.

President Biden is notably late to the group picture, and it appears UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is among Biden’s absentees.

Biden, after all, is a microcosm on today’s world stage.

Earlier, reporters threw questions at the president, who quickly dismissed them. Watch:

“Biden to NATO, but refuses to answer questions,” RNC Research tweeted. “Most other world leaders have questioned.”

Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich reports that the White House press has pulled back stops to prevent him from answering questions.

“The press grouped tried to ask President Biden a question as he went to the G7 leaders to pose for a photo with the Prime Minister of Japan,” Heinrich reported. “The White House official brushed it off, saying ‘no no no no’.”

She previously reported that Biden is the only world leader who “has not stopped speaking to the press so far”.

Biden arrived for an emergency meeting of heads of state at around 10 a.m. local time. He was received by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

The emergency meeting is the first of three major events on Biden’s calendar Thursday. Biden will also meet with the G-7 and European Union officials. If he goes there.
