Where to pre-order the Nintendo Switch OLED: Tears of the Kindom Edition?

For those wanting to get their hands on the limited-edition console first, Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart are still accepting pre-orders at this time. Unlike the standard Switch, the Switch OLED features a vibrant 7-inch OLED display, 64GB of storage, and an improved kickstand, along with a handful of other small updates. The Tears of the Kingdom Edition doesn’t offer any improvements over the standard OLED model, but it does come with gold Joy-Cons and a classically ornate docking station zelda Iconography.
To be clear, this isn’t a bundle, so you’re not saving any money Tears of the Kingdom and need to pre-order the game separately — which you can currently do at Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and GameStop for around $69.99. However, Switch Online subscribers can save when they purchase a $99.98 Nintendo Switch Game Voucher, which allows them to buy two games for full price on Nintendo eShop. If you use the coupon to purchase the coming zelda Game and a second title from this list, such as Metroid horror ($59.99) or Pikmin 4 ($59.99), you’re essentially buying each for $49.99 for a total of $99.98. In all, that’s a total savings of $30 across both games.
In addition to the console, Nintendo is releasing a Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch Pro Controller for $74.99. It won’t be available until May 12, however, and is currently sold out at Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and other retailers. Like the console, the Zelda peripheral features Zelda-inspired details, including a Hylian crest, white handle, and gold detailing. Otherwise, however, it’s identical to the standard Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, which remains one of the best Nintendo Switch controllers you can buy thanks to its comfortable design and unmatched features.
You can also pre-order a Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch OLED carrying case for $24.99 from Best Buy, Target, and GameStop. Like the controller, this one won’t be available until May 12, but you can still pre-order the black and gold accessory ahead of its launch next month.
Update April 4th 5:56pm ET: Updated pre-order availability for Nintendos zelda-thematic console and related accessories.
