Igna weapons are one of the many collectibles you need to find in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. They’re great for completing Collectopaedia maps, which you get as you liberate more colonies and progress through the game. However, Igna weapons can be difficult to find. In this guide we will cover where to get Igna weapons in Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

How to find Igna weapons in Xenoblade Chronicles 3

A specific monster will drop these weapons, and you can find them in several locations in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. For example, Igna weapons will drop lizard creatures named Igna, and they appear to be a roaming monster that you can fight and loot in multiple areas. You can first encounter this monster type in the floating reefs of Syra. You can reach this location after working your way through the main story to the end of Chapter 4 in the Keves Castle region.

The Igna will be everywhere, south of Colony 11. These monsters appear from level 37 and up. We recommend running through this area, grabbing as many landmarks as you can to eliminate Igna’s lizard-like creatures along the way. After defeating them, skip the journey to one of the landmarks and those monsters should respawn, allowing you to snip more of them.

The Igna weapon resource drops fairly often in these creatures. We recommend sticking with Syra Hovering Reefs, but you can find them in later locations, and they should have a chance to drop these weapons. Post-Chapter 4 areas have a good chance of having Igna in them, giving you the best opportunity to find many of these items.
