The +1 variant of the Immunizing Horn spell increases your immunity stats significantly, making it take much longer to get poisoned. To get this talisman, you must first make your way to the Lake of Rot. To reach this area, you must travel to Nokstella, Eternal City. You get to this area automatically by following Ranni’s quest line. You can also reach this area by taking Deeproot Depths’ coffin down the waterfall. The elevator that leads to the Lake of Rot is near Nokstella, Eternal City Site of Grace. You will be crossing the lake, so be sure to bring some preservative boluses to help with the scarlet rot.

Once you reach the lake, head southeast. There are no obelisks in this area, so you’ll need to use the mushrooms as safe havens to deal with the Scarlet Blight. They’re looking for an Ancestral Follower to wander around the lake. It’s the same type of enemy you’ll find in Siofra River and Nokron. Kill the Ancestral Follower to get the Immunizing Horn Charm +1.
