The Elden Ring is full of hidden objects, items, and passages. As usual, you’ll sometimes find items that you don’t know what to do with – but turn out to be incredibly useful later on. There are some paths that can only be opened by hunting for keys or medals, so taking the time to collect them is beneficial. One of these Medals, the Halitree Secret Medallion, is used to open the Grand Lift of Rold, however, you need two halves. This is where to find the Halitree Secret Medal (Right) in the Elden Ring.
Head to Albinaurics Village – you may not have a map for this place yet, but it’s southeast of Lake Liurnia. You will have to navigate along the cliffs until you can find a stretch of road full of crucified and hanged corpses. Navigate the area carefully, as enemies here can appear slow, but can quickly attack and drain your health.
After activating the Rite of Grace here, hide yourself up the ramp even further – you can hear the music playing. This enemy, a Perfumer, is very tough. He will scatter pollen that will explode a second later, and he hits hard with his basic attacks to activate. You can stealth against him before teamfights for a free hit in the back, and when you get 50% of his health he’ll attempt to detach and drink from his pot.
Once you defeat Perfumer, go straight instead of crossing the bridge. You will see a very conspicuous pot next to the cliff face. Hit it once and wait for the frustration to fade. Albus, the village chief, was the last healthy man alive. He delivers the Halitree Secret Medal (Right) to you before it expires.
