While venturing through the Lands Between you may have come across some of the sheep rolling around like lightning. While this might seem like a weird way of traveling, it’s very useful for fending off threats and can do some pretty good damage in the process. You’d better watch where you’re going – there might be a flash coming your way. Here’s where to find Ash of War: Lightning Ram in Elden Ring.
To get this Ashes of War you have to make your way to the Altus Plateau. This is the area north of Liurnia and may take a while to reach. There are two ways to reach the plateau. First, you can collect the two halves of the Dectus Medallion, which can be found in Fort Faroth and Fort Haight. When you’re done with that, head to North Liurnia and take the Grand Lift of Dectus up to the plateau. Second, you can brave the dungeons in the northern part of Liurnia that lead to the plateau. We recommend the lift if you are a new player or are underleveled.
Once you reach the plateau, you should head east to the outer wall of the capital. Head north along the outer wall to find the Rampartside Path Site of Grace. From there, head west along the path to the Holy Tomb dungeon. Go south of the dungeon to find some sheep. Among them is a dung beetle. Destroy the Dung Beetle to get the Ashes of War.
