Dragonlord Placidusax is the culmination of every dragon fight you’ve encountered in the Lands Between. This many-headed behemoth is hidden in a large arena that will require a bit of finesse and time travel to reach. Only if you find the right area to enter the arena, of course. This is where you can find Dragonlord Placidusax in the Elden Ring.
Dragonlord Placidusax is hidden in the land of the crumbling Farum Azula. This is one of those late game areas where you have to constantly look over your shoulder at how many enemies it has. To reach this area, you must complete the Giants’ Mountain Peaks. Reach the Giants’ Forge and you’ll get a cutscene of Melina burning the Earth Tree. After this cutscene, your character will wake up in the crumbling Farum Azula.
After waking up, you will have to travel a lot. Move through the area until you reach the area where you have to dodge lightning while moving past a bird nest towards a dragon. Behind the dragon and up the hill you will find a fallen tower that you need to go over. At the cliff edge after the tower is a chasm that takes you down several floating rocks to a large chunk of the ruined ruins. You’ll notice that there are dead bodies in all of the Divots except for one. Lie down in the divot where there is no corpse and you will get a cutscene rewinding time and building the arena for the dragon lord.
