What to expect from Gamescom Opening Night Live 2022

Gamescom 2022: Opening Night Live starts August 24, 2022, with a slew of game reveals, announcements, and trailers promised for the show. We already know one little the title that will appear, thanks to teasing from longtime presenter Geoff Keighley, but there will likely be surprises along the way.
In a recent tweet, Keighley revealed a handful of games coming during Opening Night Live. This includes upcoming blockbusters like:
- Sonic Frontiers
- Hogwarts legacy
- The Callisto Protocol
- The Outlast exams
- Gotham Knights
- Honkai Starrail
- Goat Simulator 3
- high in life
- The Expanse: A Telltale Series
- Return to Monkey Island
Keighley has also promised the unveiling of a new IP from developer Unknown Worlds Gameplay lies of Pa new look at Dying Light 2: Bloody Ties, and what appears to be the full disclosure a new border areas Game – probably New stories from the Borderlandswhich recently leaked online retail listings.
Mini-trailer clips posted to Twitter so far have revealed a handful of surprises: the appearance of the giant spider Aragog in Hogwarts legacythe return of stan in Return to monkey islandand the appearance of tiny Koco creatures in Sonic Frontiers.
