There are five titans that you must defeat in the Paldea region while researching Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. These Pokemon appear in the Path of Legends story, and you should complete these tasks if you want to unlock more abilities for your Koraidon or Miraidon, depending on which game you’re playing. The Open Sky Titan is one of them, but these Pokemon don’t have a set level for when you should fight them. Here’s what you need to know about what level you should be to battle the Open Sky Titan in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
When should you fight the Open Sky Titan in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?
When we fought the Open Sky Titan, our Pokemon was much stronger than it was, and when we hit it with a super effective attack, it went down with two hits in the first phase and then one hit in the second phase encounter. When we fought this Titan Pokémon, most of our Pokémon were at or near level 30.

We recommend battling Bombardier, the Open Sky Titan, when you reach level 20 or even closer to level 25 for most of your Pokémon. This should be a comfortable level for you to attack this Pokemon without too much stress, especially if you prepare and try to counter Bombbirdier before the fight starts.
Bombbirdier is a Flying and Dark-type Pokémon. It’s weak to Electric, Ice, Rock, and Fairy-type moves, but it’s resistant to Grass, Ghost, and Dark-type moves. You should avoid using Ground or Psychic attacks as Bombbirdier is immune to them and you’ll waste a turn fighting them.
