What happened to the vampire MMO Shadow’s Kiss?
You are fully excused for having to remember a somewhat obscure vampire MMO being called kiss of the shadow was the first (Early Access) release of the year for our genre. After all, we do this for you. And we’re also curious from time to time as to what’s going on with these lesser-known titles, which is why we investigated how this dedicated adult-only title fared.
And it looks like things are…
…well, they could be betterlet’s put it that way.
The last patch came back in February when the team implemented factioning for its Null players: “We implemented version 1 of the factioning system, which makes the game feel like it made the jump from MUD to MMO. We have a lot of things on the roadmap for Better With Friends.”
Next is on deck the meat offering updatewhich includes “the seedy and mundane back room of the cultist-run strip club Vamp, a nightmarish underground casino run by the Loa Masters, and carnal sacrifices to the demon Rhomoth!”
We won’t be linking any of the in-game screenshots of a fully nude “drugged girl” that the studio posted in relation to this patch, but suffice it to say this isn’t a title you’d want to share with the kiddies. Or maybe even yourself.
