What are poker cards and how do you use them?

Poker cards are addressed early in the game during the cutscene where the party loses their souls. Soon after waking up, you take control of Gin as you search the map for your missing comrades. As you journey across the map, you will come across poker cards. These can be found in a variety of locations, but are most commonly found at points of interest on the map.

Poker Cards are items that you can equip the characters in your squad with. A character can have up to five cards equipped at a time to complete their hand. Each card has a different stat increase. For example, Queen of Clubs increases the speed of the character it equips by four points.

Once you’ve found a poker card, you can equip it to one of your posse members by going into the menu. To do this, select the map icon in the top right corner of the screen or press the K button. Once in the card menu, select the character you wish to equip a card. From there, drag the card you want to equip into the character’s hand.
