“We don’t disregard the legend like that,” Kylian Mbappe shot back at French football president Noel Le Graet over cruel remarks against Zinedine Zidane

Kylian Mbappe took to social media after French Football Federation president Noel Le Graet said he never answered Zidane’s call to discuss contact with France.
Zidane was never part of their plans and he has assurances from Deschamps that he never wanted to answer the phone when Zidane calls him a thousand times to negotiate the position.

At the end of the last World Cup, the name of Zinedine Zidane was thrown around a lot as the next coach of the France national team. Zidane was interested and has a strong desire to coach his country.
A penultimate final defeat by Argentina prevented France from lifting the trophy for a second consecutive year, despite losing Kylian Mbappe’s hat-trick and Deschamp’s chance.

However, following Tite’s departure, Brazil are looking for a manager of Zidane’s caliber and had an approach to the Frenchman but he was quick to react negatively.
After reporters claimed the problem before him, FA President Noel Le Graet said: “I don’t care, he can go where he wants. He can go where he wants, to a club or to a national team, I don’t believe it as far as he’s concerned.”

“Honestly, those who prejudge never turned me off. Has Zidane tried to contact me? Of course not, I wouldn’t even have answered the phone. Telling him to find another club? Make a special program so you can find a club or a national team.”
Zidane is France’s national hero, he’s the greatest player icon and the former Real Madrid coach who won three consecutive Champions League titles with them is a hell of a coach.
Zinedine Zidane was appointed Real Madrid coach seven years ago today. His trophy haul is ridiculous:

Kylian Mbappe was quick to confirm the comment and defended Zidane, saying: “Zidane is France, we don’t disregard the legend that much.”

Le Graet’s comments have clearly crossed the line of respect and Zidane will be watching, waiting for his opportunity to pounce and he absolutely will. We had your back. Keep an eye on SportsZion.
