Wayfinder, still wrapped in NDAs, releases a new trailer ahead of the PAX demo and panel

Tell me your secrets! Please.

As part of yesterday’s press promo, Airship Syndicate released a new video for Signpost, its upcoming PvE-centric multiplayer shooter, and yes, there’s a big argument about how MMO-like it actually is and how much of that MMO inspiration actually makes its way into the gameplay. Fun!

If you’ve been wondering whether you can finally speak freely about your experience even during the test, it seems the answer is still no. “[T]The closed beta NDA is still in effect for all other testers,” the studio told its followers on Discord yesterday. “Please do not share any content that you may have captured as a tester, as doing so will result in an account ban and put you at risk of legal action.” (We have chosen not to sign the draconian press NDA, which is why we didn’t show yesterday on Press Dump attended. Regular testers who signed a separate NDA weren’t allowed to discuss the NDA until yesterday Airship mentioned it existed – presumably? It’s a mess all around.)

Of course, that didn’t stop over a hundred people from breaking their NDAs in the YouTube comments below the video.

Airship Syndicate announced yesterday that it will be attending PAX East later this month, with a livestream panel on March 24th and hands-on demos on all four days of the event.
