Governor Ron DeSantis humiliated a journalist who tried to ask him a ‘gotcha’ question about the press’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ fantasy law. Watch:
“May I ask you about parental rights in education, what critics call the ‘Do Not Say Gay’ bill is in the Senate?” WFLA reporter Evan Donovan asked.
“Does it say that on the bill?” DeSantis returned fire while Donovan continued to speak. “Does it say that on the bill?”
“I’m asking you,” Donovan said.
“I’m asking you to tell me what’s on the bill because you’re making false statements,” DeSantis charged.
“It doesn’t matter what the critics say,” the governor continued.
“Wait, it says ‘raise classroom instruction on sexual identity and gender orientation,’” Donovan said.
“For whom?” DeSantis asked. “For classes before K to three. So five-year-olds, six-year-olds, seven-year-olds. ”
But Governor DeSantis is just heating up.
“The idea that you wouldn’t be honest about it and tell people what it really says. That’s why people don’t trust people like you because you sell false stories,” he added to applause.
“And so we disable your stories,” he continued. “We’re going to make sure that parents can send their kids to kindergarten without putting some of these things into their school curriculum.”
Indeed. If you look up the bill in the Florida House of Representatives, you won’t find anything specific about gender identity or sexual preference. Here’s what the bill says.
“The district shall not encourage classroom discussion of sexual orientation or gender identity at the elementary levels or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students,” the House measure said. the institute stated.
Violation of school district laws will subject them to liability for ordered relief and potential damages, including court costs.
The journalist seemed unaware that he had just been exposed as a reckless break-in on live television and ‘posted his L’ for the world to see.
The journalist’s tweet prompted some dubious responses.
“This is a great clip from Evan, one of the best moments of today’s press conference,” DeSantis spokeswoman Christina Pushaw replied. “Thanks for posting it!”
“The magazine is running their L,” commented Caleb Hull.
“I have a daughter in 2nd grade and a son in kindergarten,” replied Sara Baldassari. “I don’t care who you vote for, kids of that age have no business having to be ‘taught’ that (or even having sex regularly for that matter, it’s too early for that. ). Why is this even remotely controversial? ”
There’s no arguing that educators keep their sexual opinions to themselves when it comes to dying with preschoolers and elementary school students. That didn’t stop many Woke observers from melting at their warped reading of the bill.
The liars continue with their cognitive dissonance in a desperate attempt to protect teachers who are grooming children in schools. They think they own your children.

These radicals are absolutely furious that they misread the bill. Tib Tok’s Libs argue that the bill is intended to prevent children from being ‘prepared’ for possible sexual exploitation.
Governor Ron DeSantis is ignoring the protests of the left and doing what’s best for parents and children. Unfortunately, the mainstream media is misreporting this outspoken responsibility. It’s enough to make one wonder whose side they really are on.
