Pushed back in his own end zone in the second quarter, the punt was blocked by Siposs, but he miraculously managed to snatch the ball and almost made a first down.
“It’s quite a handy move for the player. That’s very athletic to get that…he had the potential to make the first down but a very athletic play right there and an almost amazing conversion,” the commentator said.
But he was pushed off the field by Giants players and suffered an ankle injury in the process.
When he was carted off the field, he appeared to spray some Giants fans with a foul moth.
While he was last laughing as the Eagles held on to a big win, the Australian will be sweating from the scan results of his injured ankle.
He was seen in the dressing room on crutches with his foot in a moon boot.
The Eagles have the best record in the NFL at 12-1 and appear destined for a deep run in the playoffs.
