Vivica A. Fox slams Nick Cannon for not setting a good example of “starting black families” amid recent baby announcement

Since 2011, Nick cannon raised eight children with five different women. He also fathered a son named Zen cannon with model Alyssa Scottwho tragically passed away at the age of five months after being diagnosed with brain cancer last December.

Last week, Cannon shockingly announced that he and Brittany Bell were expecting their third child together. But not everyone is happy about it. Vivica A Fuchs criticized the talk show host for having so many children with different women, which does more harm than good to the black family structure.

“I just don’t like it,” she said on her show Cocktails With Queens. “You can all say, ‘Well, he got that and the third money, but raising black families — above all, it takes a stronger father figure.'” She added, “That’s not a good representation of that in my opinion.”

co-host Claudia Jordan agreed, saying that Nick’s success should not cover his actions. She claims he should be kept on the same level as some sections of the public hold rappers future, who has eight children with eight different women. She went on to express her concerns about how much time Cannon is spending with his children while he runs his successful empire.

“And not being there to take pictures and it’s cute and ‘Omg I’m at the birthday party,'” Fox said. “Children deserve a father figure, especially boys. They need positive father figures, especially African Americans because they are black.”

Fox said there is more than “just writing a check” when it comes to raising children.

After sharing a clip from their discussion on Instagram, fans began sharing their opinions about Cannon having multiple children with multiple wives.
