Visitors to Fortitude Valley nightclub are shocked as a shirtless man surfs the car ahead of a dramatic arrest

The moment a man stands on top of a moving car in Brisbane’s nightclub district was filmed by stunned onlookers.

Footage shows the naked young man’s dangerous act along Wickham Street in Fortitude Valley.

As the car drives down the street, the man is seen lying on the roof of the vehicle before it comes to a stop.

“That’s f*****,” a viewer can be heard saying in the background of the video.

His car surfing antics end when he is spotted by a police officer who orders him to “get on the floor”.

“On the ground! Get on the ground or you’ll be tasered,” the officer said.

After the officer threatened the man with the taser, he finally surrendered.

The 23-year-old is accused of intentional physical harm, public harassment and possession of a dangerous drug.
