Video shows a traffic scuffle on the Gold Coast Hwy in Broadbeach near The Star Casino

A brawl has broken out on a busy Queensland road amid what appears to be a road rage.

Violence flared up on Gold Coast Hwy outside The Star Casino in Broadbeach last month.

Footage of the incident, filmed by a terrified witness, shows three men engaged in a scuffle.

Punches are thrown and a man’s shirt is torn, footage shows.

This man then goes to a nearby 4WD and gets a shovel.

The other two men grab him, one puts him in a headlock before they fall to the ground.

Other people get involved in the argument.

The incident was not reported to the police.
