Luque made his official debut for the UFC in July 2015. During his time with the UFC, he has won 14 fights and suffered only four losses. Luque has shown that he is not only a good striker, but also one good wrestler. He has earned his nickname of the “silent assassin”.

The last time he fought was in April 2022. He comes in with a loss to Belal Muhammad by unanimous decision. Muhammad got the best of Luque by taking advantage of winning the individual rounds. Luque has a chip on his shoulder as he attempts to return to the Victory Column this weekend.
