How to unlock Maruto Cuts

To unlock Maruto Cuts you must Unlock SpellStorm as Eleanor Uzinor in a single run. You must first unlock Eleanor Uzinor by finding her coffin on the Lake Foscari map in order to do so. Once you’ve done this, you must Upgrade each of their core powers, SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike, to level 6 and take a chest. This will give you SpellStorm, an incredibly powerful weapon that will take you to level 50 on any map. We’ve broken this down into the phases that you’ll work through in your run below.

Here’s how to get SpellString

SpellString is Eleanor Uzinor’s starting power and occasionally exudes magic. You don’t have to do anything to get this power, but you should focus on upgrading it to level 6 as early as possible. Update SpellString with each new level when you get the chance so you don’t have to worry about it later in your run. From this point you should try picking up Armor and Laurel to give Eleanor Uzinor the protection she needs to get through the rest of the run.

How to get SpellStream

SpellStream becomes available to Eleanor Uzinor when she hits level 10, which occasionally emits a few magical explosions. You don’t have to do anything special to get it because once you gain enough experience to reach that level, it will be added to your inventory. As discussed above, you should start upgrading this power as soon as you get it. Look out for it in each level so you don’t miss it. Any powers you can get from here that increase your gathering radius are good. This will make level progression much faster.

How to get SpellStrike

SpellStrike is awarded to Eleanor Uzinor level 30 and creates an area of ​​effect where spell damage hits enemies. Once you get it, upgrade it to level 6 as soon as possible. This might be challenging as you will have many other powers by now. However, if you’re more focused on upgrading than acquiring new powers, you should get it to level 6 quickly. To get SpellStorm you must upgrade SpellString, SpellStream and SpellStrike to level 6. Once they are all at level 6, you must open a chest.
