Apparently, the survival sandbox mechanics paired with classic vampire aesthetics is a winning combination, or at least a profitable one for developer Stunlock Studios, who happily announces it V rising has already sold over 500,000 copies in just three days of Early Access.
The game’s popularity seems pretty solid up to this point, with the Steam charts showing a 24-hour high of over 100,000 players (with over 83,000 in-game players in the last hour at the time of writing) and a spot Show #8 on Steam Most Played List. Of course, the game is less than a week into its Early Access phase, so one could argue that the game is still in a honeymoon phase.
As for what’s next, the game’s presser and Steam page aren’t yet offering many future update plans, but one of our readers pointed out a Discord message from the developers shared on Reddit, indicating that the Making game offline and single player is a priority.
