Ja Morant’s father, Tee, sat on the sidelines with singer Usher during Game 5 between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The first-round series between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Minnesota Timberwolves is the bragging rights battle between the fathers of Ja Morant and Karl-Anthony Towns. Throughout the series, NBA Twitter couldn’t get over the fact that Tee Morant looks exactly like singer Usher.
During Game 5 on Tuesday April 26th, Tee sat on the sidelines and next to Usher!

For those wondering why Usher sat courtside, he’s not just a Grizzlies fan. The singer is one of the owners of the team with a minority stake.
Both teams had two wins each in Game 5. The Grizzlies are in contention for their first NBA Finals appearance in franchise history, while the Timberwolves are looking for their first straight win since 2004.
Regardless of whether Memphis or the Timberwolves win Game 5, it will be remembered forever when Morant and Usher both broke the internet.
