UEFA Europa Conference League play-off draw: Who can Leicester City, Celtic, Marseille face?

What are the draw rules?

The eight UECL runners-up teams were seeded and placed in one pot. The eight third-placed teams of the Europa League group, who have not yet been ranked, will be placed in the second group.
