Tyler Herro gets hyped by Tyler Herro after his win over the Pistons

Can we give Tyler Herro the title of Sixth Man of the Year? At this point, it seems like a foregone conclusion, and given the way he raises Miami Heat on Tuesday night, his case only got stronger.
Herro scored the Heat’s top goal again in their 100-92 win over Detroit Pistons, finished with 31 points after eight bounces. It was a tough situation for the first two quarters until the Heat turned on, um, the heat in the second half led by hot sniper Herro, who had 14 points in the final bracket.
After the game, the former Kentucky standout proved once again that he’s one of the most confident young guns in the NBA right now (via ESPN).
“We were sloppy for 3/4, but we were out in the 4th. I was always the guy who took the big pictures, all the way back in high school, so this is my favorite situation. I want to win the games”.
Some may be turned off by Herro’s supreme confidence, but he has certainly started the conversation this season. He vowed to have a campaign to recover from his second-year slump, and so far, the Heat guard has come in, helping the team to a 12-6 record.
Veteran Kyle Lowry took his hat off to Herro after their win, saying it was easy to get support when his teammates were shooting the way he did against the Pistons.
The Heat, however, had no time to celebrate as they battled Minnesota Timberwolves in the second confrontation this Wednesday.
