Detectives arrested Roberts at a house in Raceview on Tuesday afternoon, while the woman was arrested on the day of the shooting in Brisbane CBD.
Roberts has been charged with murder and unlawful use of a motor vehicle and his matter was briefly mentioned in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Roberts – who did not appear – was remanded in custody after his case was adjourned to October 31.
The woman is scheduled to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court later on Wednesday.
Andre Van Mason, 26, and a 30-year-old man have also been charged with the man’s murder.
The victim died after being hit in the chest at close range with a shotgun shell at a home in Cliveden Ave, Oxley.
Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham initially claimed that four men and one woman, armed with a 12-gauge shotgun and possibly a pistol, were involved in the attack.
“Detectives from Operation Uniform Fortune have now charged four people with murder, and investigations are ongoing,” police said in a statement Wednesday.
