Twitter is going crazy after the 2021-22 Champions League clash between Manchester City and Atletico Madrid took the form of a WWE Royal Rumble competition

Manchester City have qualified for the semi-finals and face Real Madrid after ending the game in a goalless draw against Atletico Madrid at the Metropolitano. Atletico Madrid dominated the game throughout the second half but couldn’t even get past Ederson to see them go into extra time. Man City have only one shot on target in ten attempts throughout the game.
The entire second half was the craziest of them all as the referee had a hard time controlling the game as a total of nine cards were shown to both sides. The game got heated towards the end as the Atletico Madrid players were furious at the acting of Phil Foden, a Manchester City player. He was fouled by Felipe, but the foul turned into an MMA game as players from both teams joined in the massacre on the sidelines.
Here are some of the in-game tweets that the world watched in this thunderous game of soccer:
The match had turned into a wrestling ring with players from both sides engaged in the fight as Phil Foden was given a nap by Savic and Felipe. Philip fouled him and deliberately kicked Foden on the back of the leg and Savic came over to pull him off the ground for wasting time.
