Sean Hannity, in a delusional statement, said NATO airstrikes should target the 40-mile Russian convoy stretching out from Kyiv, a city the Russians appear to want to take.
Fox News’ Sean Hannity suggests NATO should launch an attack on the 40-mile Russian convoy bound for Kyiv.
He says member states should deny it so Putin wouldn’t know who to retaliate against.pic.twitter.com/sjMuJIhE3P

As you can hear, Hannity said during his broadcast:
As of this morning, this forty-mile convoy of Russian troops and Russian tanks, ammunition and fuel is just eighteen miles outside of Kyiv. And let me tell you, when I look at this, I’m like, oh oh, this is about to — it’s about to go to the next level. And I pray to almighty God that I’m wrong. And the next stage would be a massacre, and the next stage would be the overthrow of the Kyiv government. The next stage will mean thousands and thousands and probably tens of thousands of deaths and that could be on the low side. That’s what I’m most afraid of now.
Now you would think maybe these European countries would band together and arm the Ukrainians showing they are ready to fight.
You know, if we can see where the convoy is on satellite images, I don’t know, maybe some smart country could, maybe NATO could take some of their fighter jets, or maybe they could use some drone strikes and take out the whole damn convoy. And then no one is trusted, so Putin doesn’t know who to hit back.
This is delusional. Putin will want to hit back if we turn one of his armored fists to ash, and to think the opposite is insanity.
Hannity then compounded his error and showed his incomprehension all the more in the last part of the tirade about why we should target the convoy by saying:
“‘Well, he’s threatening nuclear weapons, Hannity, you’re talking about nuclear war’ — I’m not talking about nuclear war, nor would I support an American boot on the ground here. But at what point will this end?
Well, he’s talking about nuclear war; this is the probable result of the NATO bombing of a Russian convoy.
So he was quickly ripped to pieces on Twitter, with New Right Conservative Darren Beattie, the brains behind Revolver News, calling him “the true cattle whisperer‘, an indication of his seeming willingness to echo whatever the least informed of his listeners want to hear and lead them to a regime’s point of view.
Another slapped him for what basically amounts to inciting war crimes (attacking an enemy without declaring war), saying:
Another expressed his neocon sympathies, pointing out that his support for the war now is very similar to all the commentators who have called for war with Iraq, Syria or anywhere else in the world for the last few decades:
Another criticized Hannity for siding with the regime on the issue, noting that the obvious goal is to push NATO into war with Russia:
These people want a NATO Article 5 escalation of this conflict into WWIII.
It is obvious.

Hannity made a big mistake when he asked NATO to attack the Russian convoy; With such a call, he sided with the warmongering elites and against the populist MAGA base.
