Two young women who stabbed and kidnapped their friend in south-west Sydney have been sentenced to up to 11 years in prison.
Latia Henderson, 20, and Kayley Ketley, 26, stabbed Nisha Phillips, then 24, before cramming her into their trunk and taking her for a spin in February last year.

Disturbing videos showed the couple listening to music and driving down Hume Hwy.
The whole time, Phillips was bleeding in her trunk.
With Henderson, also 14 weeks pregnant at the time, at the wheel, the two girls had entered Belanglo State Forest as their final destination on Google Maps.
After being held hostage in the trunk of the car for 12 hours, Phillips finally managed to blow out the taillight and wave to other drivers for help.
Another driver spotted the waving hand on Hume Hwy at Pheasants Nest.
Highway Patrol officers later stopped the car in Berrima just before noon.
Now the pair have learned their fate in court with District Court Judge Jennifer English, who ruled they will face up to 11 years behind bars.
“It’s hard to believe that two women would treat another young woman like that,” English said.
“The violence was extreme and lasted for a considerable period of time.”
Englishmen added that their behavior is contrary to how people “should and should behave within a civilized society”.
Meanwhile, their families’ behavior in court on Wednesday forced the judge to limit the number of supporters inside to avoid a confrontation.
At the sentencing, English said the community abhors the use of knives as weapons because all too often it results in the death of an innocent victim.
They are eligible for parole in 2027.
