Tradie’s frustrated act stops Bunnings customers in the loading area to get back at them

One trader decided to do a little stunt in Bunnings to get revenge on customers he claims stopped him by using “the trade entry as easy access”.

The tradie shared his frustrations on the Tradie Mayhem Facebook group and was reposted to the Trades.com.au Facebook page on Friday, where it quickly garnered thousands of likes and hundreds of comments.

He shared a photo of a row of cars parked at the Artarmon Bunnings store along with another photo of his ute double-parked.

“This one is for all the trades held up in Bunnings during the week by people using the trade entry for easy access, taking the time and perusing the nursery,” the trader said.

“I double parked last Sunday and blocked them all at Artarmon Bunnings to listen to calls over the speakerphone about the ute being moved and well that just made me take the time to let them know that’s how we feel during the week when we’ try to get their work done and get held up by them.

“Big thanks to the builder in the black ute – he saw what I was doing and just sat in his ute and kept the chaos simmering and enjoying every minute.”

Many quickly laughed at this and expressed approval of the trader’s actions.

“I love that. Brilliant. I’ll remember to do that next week,” said one Facebook user.

“Not all heroes wear cloaks! Keep fighting for the good fight brave knight!” noted another.

“Love it mate, definitely deserves a beer,” someone said.

“If you’re driving a car, don’t pick up anything worth hindering commerce, stay in your lane – literally,” commented another.

However, not everyone agreed that the trader’s action was appropriate.

One person argued that the truck bed wasn’t just for retail.

It is also understood that Bunnings store bays are intended for all customers who need to load items that cannot go through the checkout, such as: B. wood or bulky goods.

“Suck it princess. It’s not just for trades,” one commented.
