Tracee Ellis Ross workout video derailed after fans zoomed in here

Over the years, Tracee Ellis Ross has been vocal about the importance of training through interviews or social media posts.
One of the actress’ favorite workout routines is the Tracy Anderson Method. Anderson is a fitness trainer who offers in-person or virtual classes. Some of the sessions include dance, stretching, and standing chair exercises.

In an Instagram post shared on Aug. 2, Ross gave fans a glimpse of the intensity of the workout by uploading a compilation video. In the clip, the 49-year-old was seen doing a variety of exercises, including squats, kickback lunges while using a chair for support, and leg workouts.
Throughout the video and between exercises, Ross decided to spice things up by shaking her butt. Alongside the upload, the “Black” star expressed how much she was enjoying Anderson’s program in the caption.
She wrote, “Love feeling long and strong with this current @tracyandersonmethod program.” When fans saw the post, many bypassed the message from Ross and focused on her body. Comments ranged from those about the “Girlfriends” star’s butt to her “natural” physique.
