In a game with literal superheroes like Wonder Woman and Supermanyou might be surprised to discover this one of the best fighters in the world MultiVersus is in fact a cartoon rabbit who is quite a stinker. Yes, Bugs Bunny is one of the most powerful and popular characters in the game, but that could change after he gets nerfed in the near future.

The recently released free-to-play smashed-like fighter multiverse just having a little moment. Why Bugs dominates the mode seems to come down to how versatile he is as a fighter, with a solid and easy-to-use mix of melee and ranged attacks. Interestingly, while it dominates in 2v2, it is used far less by top players in 1v1.

The developers at Player First Games are aware of how powerful bugs are in 2v2 and working on some nerfs for the rabbit. The plan is to release these changes after EVO, which takes place this weekend, is complete, which likely won’t screw up the current meta that players have been practicing under right before a big tournament.
