Tom Holland wants to see Andrew Garfield return for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 3’

Tom Holland is completely disappointed by the return of Andrew Garfield in “The Amazing Spider-Man 3”.
Spoiler alert: If you haven’t seen “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” it’s probably too late, but you might want to stop reading.
“I enjoyed watching The Amazing Spider-Man 3,” Holland said Comicbook.com at a press event for Uncharted. “I think what’s amazing is how Andrew is able to modify the character and the studio, you know, to bring the public back in.”
Holland added: “The scene where he saves Zendaya is like the fan reaction in the theater, so breathtaking. So if Sony decides to do that, they will have my full support, and obviously Andrew too. ”
And now the movie has unfolded and the secret has been revealed – yes, Garfield is starring in “No Way Home,” alongside fellow Spider-Man Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland.
When rumors began to surface that Garfield might be appearing in “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” the film that discovered Holland’s Peter Parker ushers in the multiverse, the Oscar-nominated actor was clever. cleverly dodged them and lied about how he would return to more stores.
Garfield previously told TheWrap that while he felt stressed about keeping it a secret, he eventually found joy in lying about his return. “It was stressful, I won’t lie. It’s pretty nerve-wracking, but also weirdly enjoyable,” said Garfield in an interview about his award-winning performance in “tick… tick… BOOM! But he sees lying as part of a big game, he admits. “Like this giant Werewolf game that I played with journalists and with people guessing, and it was fun.”
In the end, Garfield decided to lie to preserve the surprise for the fans. “There were moments when I said, ‘God, I hate lying.’ I don’t like lying and am not a good liar either, but I just framed it as a game. And I kept imagining myself as a total fan of that character, which isn’t hard to do. I put myself in the shoes of, Well, what do I want to know? Do I want to be joking? Do I want to be lied to? Do I want to be kept on my toes guess? Do I want to discover it when I go to the theater? Do I want to guess, guess, guess? ”
That line of questions led Garfield to his final answer: “I want the actor to play an extremely good role. And then I want to lose my mind in the theater when my instincts are proven right. What is that I will want. ” And then I wanted to lose my mind in the theater when my instincts were proven right. What is that I will want. ”
The secrecy paid off; “Spider-Man: No Way Home” skyrocketed to become the second-biggest opening weekend of all time, with a box office haul of $260 million. The film’s current domestic gross is close to $737 million, for a worldwide total of $1.74 billion.
