Three Colorado agencies to undergo audits of Mind Springs Health

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo (KREX) – State investigators from the Colorado Department of Finance and Health Care Policy, the Department of Human Services, and the Departments of Public Health and the Environment are reviewing Mind Springs records and financial documents.
