Players have discovered a new duplication bug The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which allows unlimited duplication of almost any item in your inventory, from diamonds to star fragments. It completely kills the economy of the game. Find out how to do it.

Unlike some of the glitches in breath of the wildthe latest duplication error Tears of the Kingdom is both easy and fairly straightforward to perform. You can use it for cloning too far more than just new weapons. All that is required is that the item you want to duplicate can be attached to an arrow and that you have two bows in your inventory. You can do it anytime, anywhere, and if you mess up – don’t worry, you won’t lose the object you were trying to duplicate.

The steps are as follows:

  1. Draw out your bow
  2. Press the D-Pad up and attach the item you want to duplicate
  3. Press start to open your inventory
  4. Drop the bow you equipped
  5. Equip a new bow
  6. Press Start twice as quickly as possible to close and reopen the menu
  7. Drop the bow you equipped
  8. Close your inventory screen
  9. Pick up both bows that you dropped

If it worked, you now have two of the items you were trying to duplicate. If it doesn’t, just try again. The only tricky thing about this error is the timing of closing and reopening the inventory screen. It must be Really fast. The idea seems to be to get Link to drop both bows within the same animation, appearing to stack them and somehow tricking the game into thinking they both have the item on the arrow.

But once you’ve mastered the bug, there are no limits. Almost anything can be attached to arrows, from cooking ingredients and monster parts to rare gems and Zonai devices. Diamonds, for example, are sold for 500 rupees a piece. Tears of the KingdomThe economy is much more stingy than breath of the wild‘S, So the easy money is practical.

Rare monster parts like Black Horns and Gibdo Bones are also extremely useful as they can now be fused into weapons to greatly increase their power. Duplicating them is an easy way to never run out of powerful swords or potent elixir concoctions. Or you could be like me and just stuff your pockets with dozens of Zonai missiles Build all sorts of absurd war machines.

If you don’t want to deal with the bug, it might still make sense to stock up your inventory with extra copies of some of your rarer items. If breath of the wildThe update history of indicates that this bug will not persist for much longer. However, duplication tricks appear with the speed new switch games these daysit probably won’t be long before the community finds others as well.
