BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Our first full day of spring is setting the bar high for the season!
Beautiful clear blue skies will be accompanied by pleasantly mild temperatures.

The low to mid-40s morning numbers certainly warrant a jacket, but you won’t need it for long.
Highest temperatures will be in the 60s and 70s with westerly winds around 10-15 mph.
Soak up that sun because in true Maryland fashion, it doesn’t last long!
Tuesday’s sunshine is short-lived, with clouds filtering through the day. Temperatures will cool further on Tuesday thanks to a dwindling cold front.

How much is still debated. So far, it looks like the Baltimore Area will hit the mid to early 60s.
A downpour will be in store on Wednesday. While most of us will find a beneficial dosage to be around half an inch, some instances of flooding can occur.
A thunderstorm is possible Wednesday night through Thursday. Southern Maryland has a slight risk for severe storms, suggesting that an isolated major storm is possible.
There’s a chance that some of the stronger storms could affect more states, so we’ll keep an eye on that development.
Clouds and wet weather on Wednesday will keep temperatures in the 50s.

Showers are possible on Thursday and sunny again on Friday.
