The former Masterchef star launches DIY kits for restaurant-quality meals at home

A former Masterchef candidate is bringing her talents into the kitchens of Australian families by collaborating with a new meal kit service.
Linda Dalrymplewho appeared on the show’s 13th season, has teamed up with Make-Out Meals to offer her signature Cambodian and Laotian flavors to home cooks.
Available in Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT, the service provides customers with all the ingredients they need in each kit.

These include expertly formulated marinades and sauces from Linda’s own recipes to recreate dishes like their lemongrass chicken bao buns, Cambodian beef skewers, and chicken laab gai.
Foodies can order this Meal sets made to order Or they can subscribe to a weekly assortment.
The options Linda chose represent the hawker food she grew up with, which has become increasingly popular since her success on MasterChef.

The company works with more than 40 chefs and restaurants, bringing their delicious dishes to a wide audience for them to prepare at home.

Prices start at under $9 per plate and customers can order for two to six people as a one-time box or as an ongoing subscription.
Make-out meals is the latest meal kit subscription service to launch with recipes from top Australian chefs and restaurants, bringing together local players to compete against foreign heavyweights such as Hello Fresh and Marley Spoon.
The concept emerged from lockdowns and saw rapid growth fueled by the #supportlocal movement.
Since its inception, Make-Out Meals has continued to grow rapidly, with a 94 percent response rate and hundreds of five-star reviews that are hard to deny.
Over and beyond Make-out meals is working to become the first meal kit company in Australia to use fully sustainable packaging by the end of 2023.
