The Elder Scrolls Online Chapter 2023 is called Necrom and it contains an Arcanist class

ZeniMax Online Studios is about to start its big reveal showcase stream for Elder Scrolls Online, in which it will reveal the first half of its 2023 plans for the game – including, we can only assume, the story arc and traditional expansion chapter. We’re anticipating a slightly unusual reveal, as the studio has previously said it’s forgoing years of storylines in favor of more digestible content.

“The 2023 ESO Chapter will be a full story: you can play through it all without breaking out a storyline and reserving it for later in the year. This will bring us back to bigger/better and more detailed chapters. We’re REALLY excited for next year’s Chapter – you’ll have to wait for our Global Reveal event in January for details. But a word of warning: this will be the first part of a multi-year story arc and will include one of the most requested new features.”

As we’ve previously noted, YouTubers are speculating about a return to the Telvanni-held areas of Morrowind, and influencer materials broadcast by the studio suggest a role for the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora, possibly the Apocryphal Plane of Oblivion, and maybe even some kind of magic content. Unfortunately, two nasty leaks spilled the basics of the chapter and its graphics earlier today, but let’s just assume the internet hasn’t spoiled all your fun yet.
