The Dying Light 2 Stay Human story DLC has been pushed back to September

Techland has been delayed dying light 2 stay human‘s upcoming story add-on through September, the developer announced on Thursday. The update was originally scheduled to appear in early summer.

dying light 2 was released in February and was hailed as a solid “7/10 game” with great parkour. A huge patch was released in April where Techland added fixes for multiplayer and single player modes alongside a New Game+ mode. The game will also feature an upcoming event, In the Footsteps of a Night Walker, scheduled for June, with a photo mode expected soon. But the first big story DLC will have to wait.

Techland addressed fans in a statement released via press release:

Your feedback has always been our top priority. That’s why at Techland we strive to be as open and honest with you as possible.

For the past few months we’ve focused on adding some of your most requested features, such as: B. New Game + mode, FOV slider for consoles and many co-op improvements. Additionally, in June, we will be introducing the first game chapter, titled Night Walker, which is packed with content and events, as well as the highly-anticipated photo mode.

However, we still need some time to develop the first story DLC, which is now scheduled for release in September.

We apologize for the delay, but we truly believe that our community, fans, and players deserve some truly memorable experiences.

We want the first major story DLC to live up to your expectations by giving it the absolute highest polish. Thank you for your trust and support.
