The Bureau of Meteorology issues flood warnings that are issued across NSW and North Victoria

Thousands of NSW residents are under flood surveillance as the Bureau of Meteorology issues vital alerts across the state.
Rescue workers carried out 11 rescues from flood waters overnight on Saturday, with wilder weather forecasts forecast for the weekend.
Authorities have also issued warnings for communities in north Victoria along the Murray River.

It comes as the Insurance Council of Australia is telling people to prepare their properties for a third year of flood-causing weather in La Nina.
The Weather Bureau issued minor to major flood warnings across NSW on Saturday, including for parts of the upper Murray and the Peel, Macquarie and Lachlan rivers.
Communities such as Tamworth, Gunnedah and Wee Waa are also on alert.
State Emergency Services Commissioner Carlene York said the ground had already been saturated from record wet weather in NSW for the past two years.
“The dams are full, the ground is saturated, so the water that’s coming down from the sky just has nowhere to go,” she told ABC on Saturday.
Two adults and a child were rescued from the roof of their car in flood waters near the NSW Central West city of Wellington overnight on Friday.
Spills from the Hume Dam combined with flooding from the Kieva River have also resulted in renewed and prolonged flooding along the Victorian border.
Rises are occurring along the Murray River at Torrumbarry Weir, where minor flooding is possible from Sunday, according to Vic Emergency.
A prolonged peak occurs in Barham, along with moderate flooding and minor flooding possible in Moulamein in NSW over the weekend.
Along the Edward River, minor flooding at Deniliquin is slowly easing. River levels at Stevens Weir peaked on Tuesday where moderate flooding continues.
The Insurance Council is urging homeowners to review policies, take inventory and prepare their property for heavy downpours.
“The last few years have shown the impact heavy rain can have on property, livelihoods and our own well-being,” said Andrew Hall, Chief Executive Officer.
Meanwhile, a $100 million grant scheme for critical primary producers hit by the NSW floods in February and March opened on Friday.
Leading medical organizations have also asked for financial help for healthcare providers in flood-ravaged communities to restore pre-flood capacity.
